Coconut Chutney Ingredients   Ingredients for the Seasoning:
  •  Freshly Grated Coconut – 1 Cup
  • Roasted Bengal Gram Dal – 2 Tbsp
  • Green Chilies – 2
  • Ginger – ½ inch
  • Salt – To Taste
  • Sesame Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds: 1 tsp
  • Curry Leaves: 7-8
  • Asafoetida: ¼ tsp
