Brittos: Located right at the end of Baga Beach near the Baga creek, Brittos is an extremely well known restaurant and beach shack in North Goa. They have indoor as well as a spacious covered out door seating overlooking the beach. It tends to get extremely crowded during lunch time and dinner time and one has to wait for a table.
Brittos is renowned for both – finger licking food as well as delicious desserts. Try the seafood starters, main course and pasta. The dessert options are displayed at the entrance. One must try the delicious Blueberry Cheesecake, Tiramisu and Dark Chocolate desserts. They have a great breakfast menu as well. Unlike other shacks, Brittos does not lay out tables on the beach post sunset. A must visit in Baga.
The Zanzibar Beach Shack is one of the best beach shacks options on Baga Beach, at the end of Tito’s Lane. As you go further down the road from Tito’s Club, you reach Mambo’s Club, walk off the road into the beach towards the right and Zanzibar is the 3rd shack on the right. The seating is on two decks which provides an unobstructed view of the beautiful beach from every table.
It is a great place to spend a day with nice ambience, delicious food, great music and good service. Try the fish and prawn dishes, mashed potatoes and veggie platter. The beach is right in front and you can also opt to sit on the beach on a beach chair under a colourful umbrella. The entire ambience sets the mood for a perfect afternoon on the beach. St Anthony’s Beach Restaurant: Located right next to Brittos is this popular beach restaurant. They have karaoke nights almost every day and this place is a popular ‘Sheesha’ hangout.
Safil Beach Shack
As you enter Baga Beach from Titos Lane, Safil Beach Shack is right in front. They have tables under the thatched roof as well as on the beach under colourful umbrellas.
