Ingredients – Vegetable Upma
 
  • Semolina (Rava) – 1 & ½ Cup
  • Onion – 1 cup finely chopped
  • Potato – 1 cup diced
  • Peas – ½ cup
  • Carrot – ½ cup chopped
  • Beans – ½ cup chopped
  • Freshly grated coconut – ½ cup
  • Green Chilies – 5-6 chopped
  • Oil – 2 Tbsp
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Curry Leaves – 7-8
  • Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
  • Urad Dal – 1 Tbsp
  • Chana Dal – 1 Tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt – To Taste
  • Hot Water – 5 cups
  • Ghee – 2 Tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves – 2 Tbsp chopped for garnish
